English as a global language is essential to man's existence,equaled with air,water,food and exercise.
Practice speaking English or Filipino with Kindness. This is a joint project of the English and Filipino club in our school (ISNHS)Ilocos Sur National High School by the leading supervision of Mrs:bilgera from English Department. They are raising this project,for us students to practice speaking English or Filipino fluently and with Kindness. We all know that one of past and todays problem was the low rate of the Filipinos in speaking English or Filipino fluently. In the past,many of our countrymen knows how to speak straight English in a fluent way and with kindness.
